Every item ordered from our shop is made to order and is handmade by Cabrini Roy, once it has been ordered and paid by the customer. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the making of your garment. After they have been made we will then ship them to you. 


  • UK POSTAGE: £7.50 plus £1 for each additional item. Delivery usually takes 1-2 working days
  • EUROPEAN POSTAGE: £15 plus £1 for each additional item. 

  • INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE: £18 plus £1 for each additional item. 
  • USA POSTAGE: £21 plus £1 for each additional item. 
International customers please note: Purchase price and shipping fees do not include payment of your local taxes, custom fees, duties, receiving and/or handling fees, ect. These are the additional responsibility of the purchaser. Cross-border shipments are also subject to opening and inspection if needed by customs authorities. 
Each item is sent with a tracked and signed for service to ensure they are protected to their value whilst in transit, you will receive email notification of your order confirmation, and then we will also send you a despatch email with the tracking information once your item is on it’s way to you. 

We use Royal Mail for our delivery services, it is then passed to your country’s mailing service. Time of delivery depends on the order of demand at the time and which country you are ordering from. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect your order.

Please note:

A signature will be required upon delivery of your order. Please be aware that our service is not a named delivery service and anyone at the designated delivery address may sign for your delivery. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, for example an office address that has been provided for delivery. 


We are not responsible for tracking your item once dispatched. We do routinely track recent orders until it is marked delivered, however, we do not always have time to do this. We provide tracking information so you can track your order in your own time. We are also not responsible for any items where the delivery was attempted but unsuccessful. Delivery must be rearranged or items must be collected as per your delivery service instructions, if is recommended this is done asap as items will be returned to us if no attempt is made. Any further re-delivery from our studio will be at your own cost. 


If an item is returned to us and no contact is made to rearrange dispatch we will not be responsible for providing a refund, items can be resent but only once additional postage costs have been paid. We will contact you directly should na item be returned without us hearing from you first but if we receive no response in a reasonable amount of time we will not be responsible for the items getting back from you.


We are not responsible for any delays with packages once sent, or items that may get lost in the post once sent that are out of our control, however should this happen please contact us or the Royal Mail to see what we may be able to do.

We want to thank you for ordering & supporting us. However, as all our garments are currently made to order, especially for you. We are unable to offer you a refund in case you change your mind or the item does not fit. Which is why it’s very important that you refer to our size chart to get an accurate measurement of your garment. Please email us before you place an order if you are unsure. We do provide custom measurement length (if you want it shorter, longer or cut at a certain length) for your garment. If you find that you are in between our sizes you can send us your measurements and we can see if we are able to make the garment custom to your measurements, please email us your measurements at [email protected]
